With reference to my despatch No.219 of the

6th of July, 1920, I have the honour to state that the

services of an additional Assistant Engineer will be required in connection with the Praya East Reclamation Scheme, and to request that the Crown Agents may be instruct- -ed to proceed as soon as possible with the engagement of a

suitable officer.

Particulars of the office are shown in the

statement of which duplicate copies are enclosed.
